Shipping Options & Delivery Costs
We offer many shipping options available at checkout.
Order Processing Time
All orders placed before 2PM (CST) Monday through Friday are processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent on Monday or on the next business day.
Delivery Address
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order.
International Orders
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Returns
To return an item, please email customer service at woodlandaroma@outlook.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in it's original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Returns
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
